SuperResume provides automated processing of job-related email notifications. The Service integrates with Google Gmail via authorized Google APIs to analyze limited email metadata for job search and notification purposes.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Google policies. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for any activity performed through your authorized access.
SuperResume’s use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy. Access to Gmail data is limited to email metadata only and does not include email content or attachments.
Users may revoke Google account access at any time through their Google Account security settings.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperResume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or applicable policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
